Exclusion of liability and legal notice

Liability claims against the author, referring to damages of a material or idealistic nature, that were caused by the use or non-use of the information presented, the use of incorrect and incomplete information respectively, are excluded on principle, as far as no provable wilful and knowing or gross negligent fault from the part of the author is at hand. The author expressively reserves the right, to alter, complete, delete parts of the sites or the whole offer without separate notification, or to temporarily or finally cease the publication.

In case of direct or indirect references to outside websites, lying outside the sphere of responsibility of the Strautmann Umwelttechnik GmbH, an obligation to liability would solely become effective in case that the author has knowledge of the contents and if it would technically be possible for him and can reasonably be expected from him, to avoid the use in case of illegal contents. The conclusion is not just to be drawn on the strength of sole naming, that rights of third parties do not protect the trademarks! The copyright for objects having been published and having been produced by the author himself solely remains with the author of the sites. A multiplication or use of such graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts in other electronic or printed publications without the expressive permission by the author is not permitted.

As far as within the Internet offer the possibility exists to enter personal or commercial/business data (e-mail addresses, names, addresses), then the disclosure of these data from the side of the user will only ensue on expressive voluntary basis.
